Structured, not scanned. Every invoice already carries per-line VAT, exemption reasons, buyer identifiers and sequential numbering, and once posted it cannot be edited. That is the structure an accredited service provider needs to file on your behalf, and it is where most small-business software falls short.

What it is
One system for the things a small business actually runs on: selling, stock, suppliers, customers and the books. It works on the shop counter and on a phone, it prints and shares invoices in Arabic and English, and every sale is signed by whoever made it, so when something looks wrong you can see exactly what happened. Invoices go straight to the customer's WhatsApp as a link, in Arabic or English. And it grows with you: full accounts with profit and loss, payroll built for Oman, customer follow-ups, instalments and delivery, switched on as you need them.

Metal moves daily, and a watch is not a quantity. It is a specific serial with its box and papers.
